Young children’s internet cognition

Young children are increasingly participating in online activity, especially through the agency of touchscreen and mobile technologies. While this creates exciting learning opportunities it also raises several issues including cyber-safety and digital literacies. Understanding young children’s thinking about the internet is a necessary first step.
